DESCRIPTION
Introduce your baby to the joys of swimming in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Swimming is more than just a life-saving skill; it’s a powerful way to build confidence, strengthen the bond between parent and child, and inspire a lifelong love of the water.
WHAT TO BRING
- Babies and toddlers who are not yet toilet trained must wear aqua nappies. We encourage the use of reusable nappies as an eco-friendly option.
- Swimmers for yourself and your baby
- Goggles and/or ear wraps (optional)
Goggles, ear wraps and aqua nappies are available for purchase at reception.

Our youth swim classes are designed for students from Kindergarten and up. Focused on developing strong technique in all four strokes. We build endurance, refine skills, and help swimmers progress in skill, confidence, fitness and enjoyment in the water.

Everyone should feel confident in and around water. Whether you're inspired by your children or grandchildren learning to swim, adjusting to Australia’s water-loving lifestyle, or simply ready to overcome a lifelong gap, our supportive instructors are here to help. We also work with many adults who already feel comfortable in the water but want to refine their technique, build endurance, or become stronger swimmers.

Private lessons allow our instructors to tailor classes specifically to each student’s needs and skill level. Whether your child is a beginner, intermediate, or advanced swimmer, the Harbour Everswim team can create customised lesson plans to promote ongoing growth and development.

Aqua Aerobics is an excellent way to stay active while minimising stress on your body. It's ideal for rehabilitation from an injury, as well as for building strength and maintaining fitness.
Aqua Aerobics offers many benefits, some of which are unique to it and won’t be found in land-based activities.

Swim Levels

Level 1 - Approx 6-12months
Our Level 1 babies learn initial water independence and become familiar with being in the water. Parents are in the water with their baby, and are educated about water safety.Level 2 - Approx 1-2yrs
Our Level2 babies are in the water with their parent, continuing water familiarisation, initial independence, and skill development begins.Level 3 - Approx 2-3 yrs
While swimming with their parent, Level 3 babies are building their confidence and basic skills in the water, all while parents are building their own knowledge. -
Building confidence, independence and self recovery skills.

Continuing to build confidence and awareness of body position in the water together self recovery and water safety skills.

Introducing basic freestyle and back stroke swimming technique and increasing swimming distance and stamina.

Refining and strengthening freestyle and backstroke technique.

Introduction to breaststroke and butterfly kick and continuing to extend freestyle and backstroke.
